Services Provided

Swift Lyft Movers provides labor-only moving help across Metro Atlanta. You provide the truck and materials — we provide the trained crew.

Note: We are labor-only. Customers must provide a suitable truck and any moving materials (pads, shrink wrap, tape, boxes, straps, etc.).

2-Man Crew

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for both you and our crews, we use a simple structure:

  • 48+ hours before your move: You can cancel at no charge.
  • Less than 48 hours before your move: A cancellation fee may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours before your move or same-day: A two-hour minimum charge applies for cancellations, no-shows, or if we arrive and cannot start your job (no access, wrong address or date, lockouts, etc.), and your $75 same-day booking fee will still apply if you scheduled for today's date.

What is your rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule your move, but short-notice changes affect our schedule and your crew's ability to work other jobs.

  • 48+ hours before your move: You can reschedule at no charge.
  • Less than 48 hours before your move: A reschedule fee may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours before your move or same-day: We may need to charge a two-hour minimum if your slot cannot be filled or if the crew is already on the way, and the $75 same-day booking fee will still apply if you scheduled for today's date.

Do you charge a fee for same-day bookings?

Yes. Same-day moves require extra scheduling flexibility, so we charge a flat $75 same-day booking fee when you schedule for today's date.

If your move is flexible, booking at least one day ahead can help you avoid the fee and gives us more options to get you the perfect time slot.

Do you bring a truck?

No — Swift Lyft is labor-only. You provide the truck or moving vehicle, and we handle the loading/unloading and optional packing/unpacking.

What’s the minimum time I can book?

We require a 2-hour minimum for all bookings. Time starts when our crew arrives on-site.

Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Yes, our crew can disassemble and reassemble most standard furniture pieces (beds, tables, etc.) as part of your booked time.

What if I don’t have moving materials?

Customers must supply their own pads, shrink wrap, tape, and boxes. If you’re unsure what to buy, note it in your booking — we’ll advise exactly what you’ll need.

Labor‑Only Terms

  • Swift Lyft is labor‑only. Customer provides truck, moving blankets/pads, shrink wrap, tape, and boxes.
  • Time starts at arrival; 2‑hour minimum.
  • We do not drive customer or rented vehicles.
  • No pianos/safes or items over 250 lb.
  • Customer packs/boxes items; we aren’t responsible for pre‑existing damage or items packed by others.
  • Quoted hour ranges are estimates; added stairs/long carries/scope changes may increase hours with your approval.
  • We recommend taking photos of fragile/high‑value items before the move.
